I had originally started this blog to journal my path to finding balance in life. I wanted to combine healthy eating, fitness, yoga, family, and work, and mesh all of those together to find my way to healing and peace inside myself. The focus of my quest has shifted somewhat however, and though I still have the same goals, I believe my path is a bit different than I originally thought.
Since I realized recently that I need a place to write down my spiritual journey and discoveries, I will be writing what I experience as this all unfolds for me. Over the last year I have been learning and working on yoga, meditation, and more recently energy work and healing, and I feel a need to keep these amazing experiences somewhere so I can see my path and learn all the lessons that are shown me along the way.
